Relationship Dating Advice

This is a collection of relationship dating advice that I've accumulated over the years of joy and heartbreak. Relationships are wonderful. Being in a successful relationship makes the trees greener, the flowers smell sweeter, and the days brighter. I've had a couple of great relationships, and a couple of relationships I should have avoided. Here are some relationship tips that I've learned from those experiences.

Relationship dating advice:

Know yourself. You need to be aware of what type of person you are most compatible with. Understanding your values is just as important as finding the right person to get into a relationship with.
Be selective when entering a relationship. If you're thinking about going out with the first person that comes into your life you may be setting yourself up for a painful breakup. It is always best to get to know someone before committing to a relationship with them.
Take things one step at a time. Relationships need to have a solid foundation. Knowing each other well, great chemistry, and honesty are the key components of this foundation.
Dedicate the time that the other person deserves. This means staying in touch even if you have to work late hours in the office, or have lots of over-due school projects.
Remember that your relationship needs respect, and loyalty. These are the two qualities that will allow the relationship to prosper into greater depth.
Resolve conflicts together. Make sure to communicate with each other through those types of difficult times.

Hope you enjoyed reading this relationship dating advice as much as I did living it, and putting it together for you.

  1. I firmly believe that everyone needs time alone to help them develop who they are, instead of trying to mold themselves into someone's idea of who they are. Too many times women jump from relationship to relationship...just trying to fill a void that they think they cannot fill themselves.
I prefer to be by myself, figuring out who I am, & what I like, so I immediately know Mr. Right from Mr. Wrong for me.. relationship tips
